An evaluation of the iBRoad2EPC experts trainings conducted in the six pilot countries Bulgaria, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Spain.
The training aimed at complementing, whenever existent, EPC training, and informing energy experts about the iBRoad2EPC concept, approach and methodology and added value, guiding them in issuing the model renovation passport to provide strategic guidance for staged deep renovation following an on-site visit as a (mandatory or optional) complement to the EPC.
The evaluation provides useful insights on the experiences of energy experts, training requirements and lessons learnt.
Overall, the training and related material was positively voted. 99 % of the participants declared satisfied with the training itself, its content and organisation. 80 % of the participants provided positive answers regarding their understanding of the training content and the training material.
The evaluation also gathers experience for the possible integration of iBRoad2EPC training in the national training of EPC issuers. This will allow systematic consideration of staged renovation in EPC issuance and energy consulting products.
